We haven't had a well-prepared meal in a few weeks; we've been shooting for quick and no-mess. These are the last meals we had before the self-imposed recession and they rank highly on the list of memorable meals.

And who doesn't love bread bowls?? The perfect dish or utensil is one that you can eat afterwards, I'm sure we all agree. These were easily adapted from the artisan bread boules. The soup recipe I tried was only so-so so I'll be sharing a similar one from Cooking Light, coincidentally the same issue as the recipe above. Click on the link for the recipe.
